One woman was killed and six were injured when a train smashed into their car at an illegal level crossing in Kantbalu, Sagaing Region, yesterday.

Six people: three men and three women: aboard the car were injured in the crash. The six passengers with minor injuries were taken to hospital.

The down train leaving Kyunhla Station to Kantbalu Station crashed into the car at 7.30 am yesterday.
