 A ceremony to open Nattalin District Police Chief’s office was held in the compound of a warehouse of the Township Irrigation and Water Utilization Management Department in Nattalin Township, Bago Region this morning.

Buddhist monks and officials attended the event and formally opened the office. Afterwards, Sayadaw U Wi Za Ni La, chairman of the District Administration Council U Khin Maung Oo, Acting Police Chief of Nattalin Distict Police Lt-Col Maung Maung Aung and officials sprinkled scented water on the signboard of the office.

Sayadaw U Wi Za Ni La, chairman of the District Administration Council U Khin Maung Oo, Acting Police Chief of the District Police Lt-Col Maung Maung Aung, chairman of the Township Administration Council U Kyaw Kyaw Oo, police majors from four townships in the District and departmental officials attended the event.—Wei Yan Phyo
