A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed with high marks and teachers who taught students to pass with high mark in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination was held at the meeting hall of B.E.H.S.-1 in Kyaiklat Township, Ayeyarwady Region on 17 July.
First of all, staff officer of the Township Education officer’s office Daw Myint Myint Than delivered an opening speech and discussed matters relating to pass rate of matriculation examination in 2021-2022 academic year in the Township.
A total of 1156 students sat matriculation Examination in Kyaiklat Township in 2021-2022 Academic year. Out of them, 600 students passed the examination. The Township registered a pass rate of matriculation examination at 51.9 percent in the 2021-2022 Academic year, according to Daw Myint Myint Than.
Then, headmistress of B.E.H.S.-1 Daw Than Than Aye and Chairman of the Township School Development Committee U San Aung spoke words thanks to teachers and students.
This was followed by the presentation of prizes to students who passed with distinctions. Under this prize award program, three students who passed with five distinctions, four students who passed with four distinctions, nine students who passed with three distinctions, twelve students who passed with two distinctions and 44 students who passed with one distinction in the Township received the prizes respectively.—Daw Yee Yee Myint(IPRD)
