A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed with distinctions in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination was held at the meeting hall of B.E.H.S.-1 in Kyaukpadaung Township, Nyaung-U District, Mandalay Region on 5 July.

During the event, staff officer of the Township Education Officer’s office Daw Maw Maw delivered an opening speech. Then, headmistress of B.E.H.S.-1 Daw Naing Naing and members of school development committee U Zaw Win Maung discussed matters relating to the presentation of the prizes for outstanding matriculation students.

This was followed by the presentation of prizes to the students who passed with distinctions by officials. Under this prize award program, officials awarded each of students a certificate of honor and Ks. 30000 per one subject.

A total of 20 students including a student who passed with five distinctions, a student who passed with four distinctions and 18 students who passed with one distinction in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination received the prizes and certificate of honor.
