A ceremony to honor outstanding students in 2019-2020 Academic Year matriculation examination and to provide stationery to offspring of staff of the Township General Administration Department was held at the town hall in Yaekyi, Ayeyawady Region yesterday.

First of all, Chairman of the Township Administration Council delivered an opening speech and clarified the purposes of the ceremony and presented stationery to 14 offspring of GAD staff.

Afterwards, officials presented the prizes to four outstanding students including a student who passed with two distinctions, a student who obtained one distinction and two students who passed with ordinary level in 2019-2020 Academic year matriculation examination.

Under this financial aid program, students who passed with ordinary level were received K 50000 each and student who passed with two distinctions received K 200000 and student who obtained one distinction received K 100000.
