A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed 2019 matriculation examination with flying color and teachers who taught the students to pass matriculation examination with distinctions was held at Shwenyila hall of B.E.H.S-1 in the town of Einme, Myaungmya District, Ayeyawady Region yesterday.

At the event, officials from the Township’s Administration Department, Education officer’s Office and B.E.H.S-1 delivered opening speeches.

This was followed by the presentation of awards and certificates of honor to outstanding students who passed with distinctions, nine teachers who taught the students to pass matriculation examination with distinctions in 2019 matriculation examination and 233 students ranging from 4 Grade to 10 grade who passed their examination with “A” list in the 2018-2019 Academic Year in Einme Township by officials.

Altogether over 500 people including departmental officials, students, teachers and parents of students attended the event.—Chit Thet Le (Einme)
