A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed matriculation examination with flying color and teachers who taught the students to pass matriculation examination with distinctions in 2018-2019 Academic year was held at the hall of B.E.H.S-1 in the town of Nyaungshwe, Shan State this morning.

At the event, Innthar Ethnic Affairs Minister Dr. Tun Hlaing, the state Hluttaw Representative U Khin Maung Win and the township deputy Administrator U Nyein Chan delivered speeches.

This was followed by the presentation of awards and certificates of honor to 97 outstanding students who passed with distinctions and 53 teachers who taught the students to pass the examination with distinctions in 2019 matriculation examination.—U Nay Myo Thu Rein, IPRD
