A fire broke out in a house in Magyigon Village, Monyo Township in Bago Region at about 3:30 pm yesterday.

The fire was thought to have started from an overheated solar panel on the roof of Ko Cho Kyi’s house in the village.

Properties worth about K 40000 were damaged in the fire. Authorities filed a case against Ko Cho Kyi for his negligence.—U Aung Min Naing, Township IPRD
