Police seized haul of drugs worth K 3,249 million and weapons in Yaypusan Village, Tachilek Township in Eastern Shan State, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Security personnel discovered drug-making machines, 1,966,000 stimulant tablets, 20 kilograms of solid drugs, one .22 assault rifle, and one revolver in an abandoned building 3,000 meters northwest of Yaypusan Village, Tachilek Township at about 3:45 p.m. on June 30.
The police is hunting the owner of drugs and weapons and an investigation into the case is ongoing.
