A ceremony to present cash aid provided by the township Department of Rehabilitation to persons with disabilities was held at the meeting room of the township General Administration Department in the town of Ngape, Minbu District, Magway Region yesterday.

At the event, staff officer of the township management committee U San Tun clarified the purpose of the provision of cash aid to disabilities and handed over K 5.67 million to concerned village Administrators.

Under this cash aid program, 189 persons with disabilities received K 30000 each.
