A portrait contest of middle school level to mark Bogyoke Aung San’s birthday which falls on 13th February was jointly conducted by Lemyethna Township Information and Public Relations Department and Book Club at Community Centre in Lemyethna Township IPRD, Ayeyawady Region yesterday afternoon.
First, an official from the IPRD clarified the purpose and rules of the competition to the contestants. A total of 28 students took part in the competition and the prize winners were awarded by officials from IPRD, members of Book Club and teachers.
