Myanmar Private Hospitals’ As-sociation-  Upper  Myanmar  do-nated  cash  for  providing  health  care services to flood victims in the country yesterday.  The dona-tion ceremony was held at Man-dalay  Regional  Public    Health  Department.

 


At the event, Union Minster Dr Myint Htwe expressed thanks to the donors. He said the dona-tion will be systematically put to good use and that the donors will be informed of the spending.

 


Chairman of the Association,  Dr Kyi Shwin detailed about the donation. About 21 hospitals from Mandalay, Pyin Oo Lwin, Kyauk-se, Kengtung, Taunggyi, Loilem, Magway, Kalay and Monywa do-nated  K  22,050,000  worth  of  210  chlorine tanks and K 9,350,000 for health care. —MNA  (Translated by Alphonsus)
