Public awareness on Consumer Protection Law was conducted at Myoma Market in Demoso Township, Kayah State yesterday.

Officials from the State Department of Consumer Affairs, Township General Administration Department and governmental departments made an inspection on sales of prohibited food and cosmetics with expired dates in the market.

Next, an official from the DOCA shared awareness on trademarks labeling prescribed in Consumer Protection Law to shopkeepers and consumers.
