Kanpetlet, 19 December

Public talk titled “rural development” was held at the class room of Post-Primary School in Saw Laung Village, Kanpetlet Township, Chin State yesterday.

First of all, Chairman of the Township Development Affairs Committee U Hlei Naing gave a speech and staff officer of the township Information and Public Relations Department U Chawi Ki clarified the purpose of the talk.

Afterwards, officials from the Township’s Department of Rural Development, Department of Agriculture and Department of Social Welfare discussed matters relating to the development programs in rural area and answered queries raised by those present on the occasion.
