Public talks titled “Rural Development” were jointly conducted by Kani Township Information and Public Relations Department, MPs of Regional Hluttaw, Township General Administration Department and departmental personnel at a monastery in Hmyine village in Kani Township, Sagaing Region yesterday.

First, MP U Shwine Htay and U Tun Tun Win and Deputy Township Administrator U Zaw Myo Win gave opening remarks. Next, an official from the Township IPRD clarified the purpose of the talks. In addition, officials from the Department of Forestry, Department of Agriculture, Department of Disaster Management, Department of Rural Development and an inspector from Myoma Police Force explained the procedures that are being undertaken by their respective departments. They then responded to the queries raised by the attendees.
