Public talks titled “Youth and Philanthropy” were conducted this morning in Muse, Shan State (North).
First of all, Muse District vice deputy Commissioner U Okka delivered a speech and staff officer of Muse Information and Public Relations Department U L Soe Htan Toe clarified the purpose of the talks.
The talks started with the speeches of Shan State Hluttaw Representative U Sai Kyaw Thein, Township Administrator U Thu Rein, executive officer of the Township Development Committee U Kyaw Zin, Township Police Capt Thant Zaw Oo, Chaiman of Ma Hta Ta U Soe Myint and chairman of Philanthropic association U Thaung Tun and chairman of Shwepyaeson Philanthropic Association U Zaw Win Aung, secretary of Shan Literature and Culture Sai Twam khaw and Homon Ward Administrator U Tin Soe raised questions over the talks which were answered by the Shan State Hluttaw Representative, the District Vice Deputy Commissioner, the Township administrator.
Next, Muse Philanthropic Association chairman U Thaung Tun explained about philanthropy and his experiences.
Also present on the occasion were the Shan State Hluttaw representative, the district vice deputy commissioner, the township administrator, those from township Philanthropic Association and cultural societies, students from family private high schools and community leaders.—Van Ro Thang (IPRD)
