The Second Pyidaungsu Hluttaw convened its fourth day meeting of 13th regular session on Wednesday.
First, U Than Win, Secretary of Anti-Corruption Commission, presented the topic sent by the President of the State about Myanmar to sign in the agreement of countries to establish the International Anti-Corruption Academy.
After joining this agreement, Myanmar could widen its knowledge and efforts on anti-corruption activities, dispatch trainees for short-term and post-graduate courses conducted by the organization, receive trainings and experiences on international norms in this work, etc.
Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker invited Hluttaw representatives who want to discuss the matter to register their names by 4 pm 26th July.
The 2018 Annual Report of Myanmar National Human Rights Commission was also discussed by 14 representatives of Pyithu Hluttaw, and eight representatives of Amyotha Hluttaw. The report presented high density of inmate population in prisons, healthcare services for them, closure of hard labour camps for women prisoners, reduction of prison terms for teachers and students who passed matriculation exam in prison, etc.
The National Planning Report for the first half of 2018-2019 fiscal year sent by the Union government and the findings and remarks of Joint Public Accounts Committee on this report was discussed by three Pyithu Hluttaw representatives and five Amyotha Hluttaw representatives.

The fourth day meeting of 13th regular session of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw was concluded at 3 pm and it will convene the fifth day meeting on 26th July.—
