A rainy season tree-planting ceremony for 2026 was held today at No. 1 Basic Education High School in Tedim Township, Chin State.

The ceremony was attended by U Zaw Naing Oo, Chairman of the District Management and Administration Committee, along with district- and township-level departmental officials and representatives of social organizations. Participants planted a total of 500 saplings, including cherry, pyinkado, yethinwin, orrisa, and eucalyptus trees.— Township IPRD
