RAKHINE State Chief Minister U Nyi Pu held a meeting with departmental officials and common people at Ramawadi Hall in Yanbye Township, Rakhine State, yesterday morning.
In delivering speech, the Chief Minister emphasized importance of peace and stability, socioeconomic development for local people and their coordination. U Tun Lin Aung, the Officer of Township General Administration Department, briefed on development projects in Yanbye Township from 2011-2012 to 2018-2019 financial year.
The locals also discussed the needs for health, education, transportation and electrification sectors, and the officials coordinated discussions. The Chief Minister also presented K2 million for repairing a bridge on Yanbye-Laytaung road, and he inspected the construction of home for the aged in the township.—Aung Naing (Yanbye IPRD)
