Taninthayi Regional Chief Minister U Myint Maung accompanied by regional ministers made an inspection on construction site of temporary Bailey bridge on Ye-Dawei road in Kaleinaung, Taninthayi Region for traffic convenience this morning.

On 10 August, flash flood eroded a road at milepost 80/5 on Ye-Dawei road between Mahlwetaung Gate and Alesakan village in Kaleinaung, Dawei District, Taninthayi Region. 

The chief minister and his party oversaw the construction and officials from Highways Special Team-23 clarified the salient points of the construction. The chief minister then gave instruction to the officials. 

Next, the officials also inspected the entrance road to Alesakhan village which was eroded by flood, according to Kaleinaung Information and Public Relations Department.
