An event to donate two fiber boats and life jackets to the Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement was held at the office of the General Administration Department in Minhla Township, Bago Region on 2 December.

On the occasion, Bago Region Minister for Agriculture, Livvestock Breeding and Irrigation U Aung Zaw Naing explained the purpose of donating boats and life jackets. Next, Regional Minister for Kayin Ethnic Affairs Naw Pwe Sae presented 20 life jackets and two fiber boats capable of accommodating about 10 people each to an official from the DDM and a local expressed word of gratitude.
