Htigyaing, 22 July

Personnel from the township Management Committee provided relief items and cash aid to flood victims in Htigyaing Township, Katha District, Sagaing Region this morning.

Under this provision program, 117 families from villages and wards in the township received relief items such as Masks, Soap and rice, and cash aid.

All flood victims are currently taking shelter at the Shwesikhone Monastery and the homes of their relatives, and are provided with relief supplies by local authorities.
