Hlaingthaya 6 January

A ceremony to provide relief items and cash aids to two households experiencing risk of fire in Kalaygyi village-tract in Hlaingthaya (West) Township, Yangon was held at the Township General Administration Department on January 5. 

Officials from Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement provided relief kits including 16 items and cash aids for purchasing rice to the victims.

The occasion was presented by MP U Myat Min Thu of Regional Hluttaw, Township Administrator U Nay Min Tun, officials from Department of Disaster Management and departmental personnel.
