Officials from Mudon Township Department of Disaster Management made a domiciliary visit to provide cash aids and relief items to fire victims in Wattae village in Mudon Township, Mawlamyine District, Mon State on December 20.

The fire which broke out in the village on December 19 destroyed two houses. Therefore, two households were provided with rescue kits with 17 items and cash aids for purchasing building materials and rice.

In addition, members of Township Red Cross Association gave hosuehold goods, building materials and personal hygiene kit provided by Myanmar Red Cross Society to the victims. Then the officials spoke words of encourgement to them.
