PRESIDENT of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and wife Kim Jung-sook, on their goodwill visit to Myanmar, departed from Yangon at 10:20 am yesterday by a special flight.

The goodwill visit delegation led by ROK President and First Lady was seen off by Union Minister for Information Dr Pe Myint and his wife Daw Khaing Nwe Oo, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Phyo Min Thein and his wife Daw Khin Mi Mi Kywel, Yangon Region cabinet members and their wives, Myanmar Ambassador to ROK U Thant Sin and his wife, ROK Ambassador to Myanmar Lee Sang-hwa and his wife and departmental heads at the Yangon International Airport.

At the airport, the Chief Minister U Phyo Min Thein presented to ROK President and First Lady the documentary video record and photo album showing their activities during their visit in Myanmar.
