A ceremony to open a rural development planning training course was held at the meeting hall of Department of Rural Development in Wetlet, Shwebo District, Sagaing Region this morning.

First of all, U Aung Lwin Oo, Assistant Director of the township DRD under Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation delivered an opening speech and called on the trainees to practically apply the lessons learned in the training to generate more incomes in their villages.

The four-day training course is being attended by 48 trainees from 16 villages in the township, according to the township Department of Rural Development.—Soe Soe Hline ( Wetlet)
