A ceremony to launch a rural electrification structure was held in Inn Pat Village, KhinU Township in Sagaing Region yesterday evening.
    

On the occasion, the Pyithu Hluttaw Lawmaker Dr Win Aung, Sagaing Region MP Daw Thin Thin Kyu, and Chairman of the township management committee U Cho Lin Aung cut a ceremonial ribbon to inaugurate the rural electrification facility which was built with K 19.32 million of the extra funds of the local government in the current fiscal year.
    

So far, a total of 41 villages in the township have been facilitated with electricity under the National Electrification Plan (NEP).
