Pinlebu, 21 October
The Electricity Supply Enterprise is implementing rural electricity schemes in 19 villages in Pinlebu Township; Sagaing Region under it’s the phase-1 of the National Electrification Plan (NEP).

A rural electrification facility under the plan has been inaugurated in Kyoekyarwin Village on 20 October. The rural electrification structure was formally launched by Sagaing Region Hluttaw Speaker U Than, Chairman of the township management committee U Khaing Lin Naing, officials from ESE and Immigration and Population Department and a member of the village electrification committee by cutting a ceremonial ribbon.
Next, Regional Lawmaker U Than Hlaing and the chairman of the township management committee made addresses. Pinlebu Township consists of 266 villages. Out of 73 projected villages, 24 villages have been facilitated with electricity so far.
