With the aim to distribute agricultural products to marketplace with saving time and money, a rural road is being built in Yanlonkyaing village, Laukkaing Township, Kokang Self-Administered Zone in Shan State (North) , according to Laukkaing District Department of Rural Development.

A rural road is being built with K 75.2 million allocated by Union Budget of 2020-2021 FY and the construction is being conducted by Kokang Agriculture Company.

Upon completion, the agricultural products from over 100 acres of farmland nearby villages will be distributed to the market without wasting time and money.

Officials from District and Township Department of Rural Development met with responsible people from the company on January 31. The officials then urged them to meet the set standard within the target date.
