Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of rural road and two Slab culverts construction in Pawsankhaw Village in Pyinmana Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council area this morning.

During the inspection tour, officials led by Daw Mi Mi Htway, Director of Department of Rural Development in Nay Pyi Taw Council area met with members of village development committee and stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance of the road.

The road measuring 3799.00 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and nine inches in volume was constructed with K. 39.55 million allocated by regional government for 2024-2025 Fiscal year with technical support and close supervision of engineering staff from the Department. Now, the construction work of the road and two slab culverts on the road has been completed 100 percent.

The road will benefit local people in the village, helping them to transport rural products to the markets in a timely manner, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—Maung Khaing (DRD)
