With the aim of delivering agricultural products to markets in Mongmit Township, Mongmit District, Shan State (North), rural roads and bridges will be conducted in two villages in the township during 2022-2023 FY. 

Construction of a rural road and two box culverts in Bawdae village and construction of a rural road, a box culvert and a slab culvert in Magyibin village will be built with K 147 million allocated by funds of Union and Shan State Government. Now, tender process for the projects is being undertaken, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.

Upon completion, it will bring socioeconomic development to a total of 5642 people from 1219 households in the villages and their agricultural products from over 1294 acres of farmland will be distributed to the markets with saving time and money.
