STATE Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla yesterday after­noon poured water on Maha Bo­dhi banyan trees to mark the 15^th Kason water pouring ceremony in the northern corner of Nay Pyi Taw Uppatasanti Pagoda on the Buddha Day on the full moon of Kason 1385 ME.

The Senior General, his wife and party poured water on Maha Bodhi banyan trees at designat­ed places and sprinkled scented water on them.

SAC Chairman Command­er-in-Chief of Defence Servic­es Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla led the Kason water pour­ing ceremony at Maha Bodhi banyan trees in Lawka Chantha Sutaungpyae Pagoda in Zeyathi­ri Township together with SAC Vice-Chairman Deputy Com­mander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe and party. — MNA/TTA
