STATE Administration Council Member U Wunna Maung Lwin received a delegation led by Mr Sholban Kara-Ool, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, at the SAC office yesterday afternoon.
Both sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations and multi-sectoral cooperation. They exchanged experiences on national elections, cooperation between Members of Parliament, support for students studying in Russia, and language teaching collaboration.
The event was attended by Director-General U Win Ne Lwin from the Department of Media Security, the ambassador of the Russian Federation, and other officials. — MNA/TS
