Kyonpyaw 6 June

With the aim of preventing global warming and greening the environment, Yekyi Township Forest Department is distributing saplings to the public in Kyonepyaw, Ayeyawady Region on June 6.

The occasion was attended by Chairman and members of Township Administration Council, Township authorities and officials from Township Forest Department. The officials provided 800 saplings of shady trees to the passers-by on the junction of Tarthitgyi and Innye Road. In addition, the officials made a domiciliary visit to distribute saplings of shady trees to the residents in the villages.
