A ground-breaking ceremony of new BEHS building which will be built with K 323 million in Khaikam, Tedim Townhip, Chin State was held this morning.

At the event, Region Minister for Social Affairs U Paul Lung Min Thang delivered a message and Rev Vung Khan Pau from Myanmar Zomi Baptist Convention, Tedim Township Education officer and chairman of Khaikam School Board of Trustees laid foundation and Rev Vung Khan Pau gave blessings.

The two-story building, 140 feet in length and 30 feet in width will be constructed by Zomi Land Company and it is expected to complete by the end of September this year according to the Company.

Next, minister and party inspected Vaungmual primary school and spoke words of encouragement to the students who are learning a Basic English proficiency course.—Khaikam IPRD
