Pakokku, 7 June

Maternal and Child Welfare Association in Pakokku District donated school uniforms and stationeries to monastic post-primary school-19 in U Yin Taung Village, Nyaunghla village-tract in Pakokku Township yesterday.

First of all, Chairperson of Pakokku MCWA Daw San San Htway gave a message to the students. Afterwards, Daw San San Htway and officials from MCWA provided school uniforms and stationeries to 165 students in monastic post-primary school-19.

Around 40 Chin ethnic students are studying in the school located on Pakokku-Pauk-Mindat road , about 13 miles away from Pakokku.—Ko Ta Mar
