A ceremony to honor schools with high pass rate and outstanding students who passed with distinctions in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination was held at the Thiriyadana Hall of B.E.H.S.-1 in the Town of Kyaukme, Shan State (North) yesterday morning.

 

At the event, Chairman of Township Administration Council U Soe Nyunt Shwe and staff officer of the District Education Officer’s office delivered speeches and discussed matters relating to pass rates in 2021-2022 academic years’ exam.

 

This was followed by the presentation of prizes to schools with high pass rate and students who passed with distinctions in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination by officials.

 

Under this prize awarding program, schools with high pass rate including Maingawh B.E.H.S., Gonyihtooaung Private high schools, Naungpin B.E.H.S. and B.E.H.S.-3 received honorary awards. At the same time, a student who passed with five distinctions, two students who passed with four distinctions, four students who passed with three distinctions, eight students who passed with two distinctions and 57 students who passed with one distinction in this fiscal year’s matriculation exam received prizes respectively.—Mai Tun(IPRD)
