With the aim of controlling the outbreak of COVID-19 in Twante Township, Yangon Region, second dose of COVID-19 vaccine is being conducted at Township People’s Hospital on January 6.

Those who have received first dose of vaccines are being vaccinated against COVID-19 and until January 5, a total of 55480 people have received second dose of vaccine. 

The vaccination program is conducted with the help of respective ward and village administrators, members of Fire Services Department and social organizations in line with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
