A ceremony to provide social pension to elderly people over 85 years in Minhla Township, Bago Region was held at Minhla Township General Administration Department this morning.

At the ceremony, Deputy Township Administrator U Thurein Tun and officials from Department of Social Welfare provided K 24,630,000 to a total of 821 elderly people in 66 village-tracts in the township for three months via ward and village administrators.
