A ceremony to open a vocational sewing course-1/2019 was held this morning at the congregation hall in Damanye Village, Nattalin Township, Bago Region.
The course was organized by Rural Development Department under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.
First of all, staff officer U Win Naing Tun of the Township RDD delivered a speech, followed by presentation of sewing machines to the trainees by officials.
Also present on the occasion were deputy staff officer U Win Myint Tun, Daw Khin Thet and staff from RDD and the Village Administrator U Myint Hlaing, community leaders and the trainees.
Altogether 25 trainees are attending the one-month course.—Tin Myint (Nattalin)
