Shwe Kyun Tha Resort to be launched on 23 December

Arrangements have been made to launch Shwe Kyun Tha Resort in Ayeyawady River, Shwebo Township and the opening ceremony will be conducted on 23 December, according to Chairman of organizing committee U Myo Nyunt. 

The resort will be opened on the beach of Ayeyawady which is 6 acres in width nearby Makauk village in Shwebo Township. There will be 20 bungalows, five boats, 50 ring buoys, 3 towers to see Ayeyawady dolphins and water slides. 

“A colorful pagoda has been established with empty water bottles. After opening, artists from Nwenyein village will implement sand sculptures and there will be restaurants. In addition, an arrangement has been planned to give a rowing course by Mandalay Rowing and Canoeing Federation (MRCF). I would like to invite to have a visit at Shwe Kyun Tha Resort” said the chairman.

Those who want to visit can get Makauk village from Shwebo by motorbikes or vehicles or  via waterway from Nwenyein village.
