Shwekyin 8 July

With the aim of ensuring traffic convenience in rainy season, Shwekyin Creek Bridge in Shwekyin Township, Bago Region was temporarily opened. 

The occasion was graced by Bago Regional Minister for Kayin Ethnic Affairs Daw Naw Pwal Say, MPs of Pyithu Hluttaw and Regional Hluttaw, military personnel, Township Administrator and department personnel.                   

The bridge was constructed with K 6,400 million, funds of Union Government in 2017-2018 FY by Bridge Special Team-9 under the Construction Team-3.
