No reports of damages or casualties were reported following a slight earthquake which was recorded at 7:50 am today, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH).
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter inside Myanmar jolted about 20 miles southeast of An Township, Rakhine State. It was recorded at 5:50 a.m. today at latitude of 19.64°N, and longitude of 94.31°E, with a depth of 105 kilometers and about 99 miles southeast of the Sittway seismological observatory, the DMH said.—DMH
