Officials from the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement made a domiciliary visit to provide social pension to senior citizens over 85-year old in Maungdaw Township, Rakhine State during this month.

Officials from District Department of Social Welfare and ward administrators provided social pension to 39 elderly over 85 years old who reside in the town. Then, a total of 63 elderly people in villages were provided social pension via village administrators. In 2019-2020 FY, the social pension for January, February and March has been provided.
