Wakhaema 29 September

A ceremony to provide social pension to elderly people over 85 years old in Wakhaema Township, Myaungmya District, Ayeyawady Region was held at the Township General Administration Department on September 29.

At the ceremony, Chairman and members of the Township General Administration Council, officials from the Township Department of Social Welfare and departmental personnel were in attendance. 

A total of 938 elderly people in 145 village-tracts in the township were provided with K 28,140,000 of social pension at a rate of K 30,000 per person for three months via respective ward and village administrators.
