A stadium is being constructed in the town of Putao, Kachin State and it has now been completed by 70 percent.

The construction was conducted with K 271.6 million, funds of State in 2019-2020 FY by Putao Palace Construction Company and it will be completed in September. 

With the aim of developing sport sector in the district, the sports ground was upgraded in 2018-2019 FY.
