A stake-driving ceremony for construction of the office of Department of Traditional Medicine was held at the compound of its office in the town of Pwintbyu, Magway Region this morning.
At the event, the Pyithu Hluttaw Representative U Tun Tun, the region Hluttaw Representative U Tint San, staff officer of the region Department of Traditional Medicine U Win Myint Oo and staff, the township Administrator U Tun Thein Aung and departmental officials drove the stakes at the designated places of the construction site and sprinkled scented water on it.
The building measuring 88 ft. in length, 30 ft. in width and 12 ft. in height will be built by spending K 70.9 million allocated by the regional government, according to an official from the township Department of Traditional Medicine.
