A stake-driving ceremony for construction of Township City Hall was held in Gwa Township, Rakhine State on January 31.

The occasion was attended by Rakhine State Chief Minister U Nyi Pu, State Minister for Electricity, Industry and Transportation U Aung Kyaw Zan, State Minister for Social Affairs Dr. Chan Thar, District Administrators and community leaders. They then drove stakes at the precinct and sprinkled the scented water on it.

Next, a responsible person from the construction company clarified the detailed information of the construction. The hall will be built with K 300 million allocated by 2020-2021 FY and K 300 million allocated by 2021-2022 FY.
