A ceremony to provide stationeries to high school students in Putao Township was held at the hall of Aung San in Putao Township, Kachin State this morning. The ceremony was organized by Kachin State Libraries Foundation.

At the event, Chairman of the state Libraries Foundation Writer Akyi Ko Ko delivered a speech and clarified the purpose of the donation of stationeries for students from high schools in the township.

Afterwards, officials handed over stationeries such as note books, pens and rulers to high school students in the township. Next, Ministry of Kachin State Security and Border Affairs also donated hand gel, hand sanitizers and soaps to the students.

Afterwards, Border Area Ethnic Youth Development Training School (Putao) donated cash aid to students who passed in 2020 matriculation examination in the township.
