Kawkareik, 8 October

The roofs of four houses and a well owned by the village were flipped over due to powerful winds hit ward-5 in Yelegone Village, Kawkareik Township, Kayin State on 6 October.

Strong winds hit the village at about 1:45 pm and damaged the houses of U Nye Moe, Daw Nyein Win, U Pyaesone and U Naing Phyo Win, and a well owned by the village.
But no casualties were reported, it is learnt.
